Exploring Art and Architecture with Friedensreich Hundertwasser

Students delved into the vibrant world of Austrian artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser, discovering the magic of art and architecture!

We explored elements of architecture such as domes, flying buttresses, gargoyles and symbols etc. and unraveled the secrets of structural design and symbolism. Line, colour, shape, form and texture were discussed, igniting our students' creativity and understanding of artistic expression and the elements of art and design.

This enriching experience aligned with fostering a deeper appreciation for art and connecting it to broader learning objectives. By integrating art and architecture into our curriculum, we're nurturing creativity, critical thinking and a deeper understanding of the world around us. Let's continue to inspire and explore the boundless possibilities of art and design together!

All art classes and workshops can be altered to meet any grade level or expectation.
