Where art meets animal rescue.

Embracing the transformational power of art to heal hearts and uplift souls.
At Acres4Art, we believe in the ability of art to create transformative experiences for both our clients and our rescue animals. Through the integration of art therapy, art as expression, art education, and rescued animals, we aim to facilitate healing, self-expression, and personal growth for our clients and our furry and feathered friends at our sanctuary.

We focus on joining art therapy, art as expression, art education, and rescue animals, to help heal both our clients and sanctuary animals through the positive benefits of creativity. All while supporting our farm sanctuary and rescue efforts.

Who We Are

Art Therapy & Art as Expression

Art therapy is a creative therapeutic approach that combines visual arts and psychology to help individuals express themselves, process emotions, and promote healing. The concept of art as expression emerges from the combination of art therapy and art education. Art as expression refers to semi-therapeutic experiences that promote positive self-awareness and self-expression through art making.

Acres4Art is an art therapy-informed wellness and creative arts practice operated as a division of Coveted Kennels and Sanctuary. Our programs integrate art-making, creative expression, personal growth, and meaningful interactions with the rescue animals who call our farm sanctuary home.

Programs are designed to support creativity, self-expression, emotional well-being, connection, and community through the creative process.

All proceeds generated through Acres4Art programs are used to support the ongoing care and well-being of the sanctuary’s animals. Funds contribute directly to essential expenses including feed, hay, bedding, veterinary care, enrichment, shelter maintenance, and infrastructure improvements.

By participating in Acres4Art programs, you are not only supporting arts-based wellness, creativity, and self-expression, but also helping to provide a safe, compassionate, and permanent home for rescued animals in need.
